these couple of weeks have been really hectic. rushing to meet all the deadlines of projects and assignments! phew, luckily the presentations are all over. TTOpns and POM. they were quite alright la.. i wouldn't say well-done. haha! but really, it's a burden off my shoulders. submitted econs portfolio today and also, ARTSAPP reflective journal. let's see what's left.. commskills role play and ARTSAPP play.
had econs portfolio Q&A today. it was good besides i forgot how to calculate unemployment rate and linda had to prompt me. haha! headed over to norgeen vaaz after that, pretty much our latest favourite hangout in school. that place really smells like opposites before and after stepping past the entrance door. rotted outside LT21 with cheows, guarding jon's summative test notes for the entire class. lol! i really admire him sometimes. oh and tian gave us postcards which was sort of like, you had to complete the sentence. "I love TP because.. " nicky wrote," there is val" and cal wrote a hundred very-s fun and," PS: val is here" hahaha! i'm so sure they'll win the ipod. had ARTSAPP after that. it wasn't such a bore today. got our skit planned out and we acted it. matthew is such a funny actor! haha, i can't forget the way he ran.
oh, and city tour last saturday was really fun! haha. i was actually contemplating on going at first because i had ballet. but i didn't regret! as much as the tour guide was really annoying with her irritatingly piercing voice and the places visited were not something new (singapore isn't a big country, you know?), the company was great. =) headed down to century square's billy bombers with linda, nick, cal, tian and jay for dinner. food was good except it really was a challenge to cut up the food to bite-size pieces. oh, and alan was nice enough to ask the waiters on shift to give us free desserts! haha. but unfortunately, we ordered set meals. so it was already inclusive of dessert.
poly life is really hectic. year one's gonna be over in a couple of weeks, and we would be heading down to the tourism academy at sentosa when the new term starts. everyday's really packed, filled completely with assignments and project researches. in a strange and funny way, i kind of like it. i prefer being busy than rotting myself dry. for those who aren't aware, next week would be the last week of school. followed by the study week and my, everybody's favourite! the end-semestral exams!
